Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Helix Core (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Helix Core is an Autonomous Agent as a Service (AaaS) platform providing AI-driven business intelligence, analytics, and operational optimization through autonomous agent deployments.

2. Service Description

Helix Core provides autonomous agent deployments across 12 specialized units and 4 service packs. Each agent operates within defined parameters to deliver data analysis, market intelligence, operational optimization, and strategic recommendations tailored to the client's industry sector.

The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment management, or regulated financial services. All outputs are informational and analytical in nature.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify Helix Core immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

Agent activations require payment of the applicable setup fee and recurring subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe (card) or Triple-A (cryptocurrency). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. Helix Core processes your data solely to deliver the contracted services. We do not sell, share, or use client data for purposes other than service delivery and platform improvement.

All mission reports, analytics outputs, and strategic recommendations generated by agents are the property of the subscribing client.

6. Service Level & Availability

Helix Core targets 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Helix Core provides analytical and operational intelligence tools. We are not liable for business decisions made based on agent outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, active agent deployments will be deactivated, and a final data export will be made available for 90 days. Helix Core reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Helix Core operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
